When we talk about "how to meet women" and "men and relationships", the initial dialogue with a girl is an area I often receive queries on. She might be a bit reserved and get much more so when you try to flirt.
If a woman is specifically fascinated by you she will flirt back and give you little hints that she likes to see you once again. She will indicate doing something or meeting or chatting or getting together. She will indicate how she basically loved chatting to you, at which point, you could state that you should talk again or some more and ask for her contact number.
If you are very observant you can understand very quickly if a girl is flirting with you or if she is simply being polite. Now if she is keen on you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing somebody else, you will generally score a few points with her.
